Online Account

1. Keenmall offers the ability for you to create a personal, Online Account.

2. You must provide true and factual information when creating an Online Account. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Keenmall is entitled to assume that anybody accessing your account using your confidential username and password is you.

3. Be aware that others may access your account and private information if you do not sign-out before ending your session with Keenmall . Be particularly cautious when using public computers or devices that do not automatically log you out when you exit your browser.

Payment

1. Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken.

2. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX) and JCB Card. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers.

3. We use 'Secure socket layer' (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe. We also use Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard®, Secure Code (MSC) (3-D Secure).


Delivery

1. Generally, we will need 1 working days to process your order and arrange the shipment. Your order will be shipped out next day or on the 2nd day after the payment has gone through. During the peak periods, please allow 2 days for us to process your order and ship it out. Usually you can receive you order within 5-10 working days totally.

2. We use International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number. And the tracking information will be updated on our website at first time after dispatched.

3. Please note that the shipping time is ESTIMATES only. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for the delay by the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returned goods must be returned in a fully original condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels.

2. Please contact us before you need to return the goods, our customer service will back to you within one working day. If there are irremediable defects with the items, you can return them back to us for change or refund. If you choose return for refund, please contact our customer service for return address.
